ABC Hospital Observatory Campus

- Cancer Center: Design of 125 ton refrigeration system with packaged units of variable volume, extraction system and control center in Mexico City.

- Central Plant: Design of a 1,200 ton cold water refrigeration system, 9,000,000 btu/hr hot water heating system to serve the Jordan Black and Annie Cass towers.

- Jordan Black Hospitalization Tower: HVAC design for the hospitalization tower with more de 100 patient rooms as well as the coordination and development of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and special systems) project along with external contractors.

- Annie Cass Specialty Tower: Cooling and heating hydronic system supplied from the central plant previously designed by us, the HVAC design includes critical areas such as surgery, bone marrow transplant area, intermediate and intensive care units. In charge of coordinating and developing the MEP project along with external contractors.
