- Neuroscience: 173 ton cooling with an air management system.

- Central Plant: Design of a 400 ton cold water refrigeration system, 18,000,000 btu/h hot water heating system, central hydropneumatic system and a domestic water heater.

- Women and Children’s Hospital: Design of a 225 ton refrigeration system supplied by the central plant of the campus to air condition the building using air managements systems, the zoning of the different areas was done through variable air volume boxes and/or constant volume with hot water serpentine used for heating. The design included surgery rooms, doctor offices, patient rooms and in vitro fertilization laboratories, amongst others. In charge of the coordination and electrical engineering design, plumbing and special systems in collaboration with external contractors.

- Surgery area extension: Design of all engineering areas with the collaboration from external contractors. The design included the expansion of the surgery area of the central building in the Santa Fe Campus, which included surgery rooms for orthopedics, neurology, cardiology and the Kardias program as well as support areas such as CEYE, mixing central, pharmacy and laboratories, included two levels of patient rooms which include en intensive care unit and isolation rooms with positive and negative pressure. Simultaneously, the extension of the campus central plant design was developed, which will have the capacity to service the total growth of the campus according to the master plan developed by the architect firm.
